In the heart of Belgrade Waterfront

The apartments are inside the Belgrade Waterfront complex itself, a few steps from the Sava Promenade, Galerija and Kula Beograd. Knez Mihailova, Kalemegdan and Skadarlija are about fifteen minutes on foot, and the airport is roughly twenty minutes by car. Restaurants, cafes, shops and a gym are literally in front of the building.

An apartment, not a hotel room

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, an oven and crockery, a washing machine, a separate living room and a work corner. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV and hotel-standard linen come as standard. For the price of a hotel room you get a space you can actually live in — alone, as a couple or with children.
